Our Farm
It all began in 2005 with the birth of our daughter. That year we both decided to quit our jobs in resource management, forestry and alternative agriculture promotion at a local environmental NGO to start working at our family farm in rural Thailand. With our backgrounds, we understood how the organic and natural industry worked, and we saw an unsatisfied need for natural body care products. Hence, Raidindeejai or Happy Earth Farm was born. In Thai, Raidindeejai means a farm with happy earth and so we try to keep our earth happy. All products we make are 100% natural, and have no chemicals and no preservatives. Meanwhile we make sure that those who work for us are happy working, and part of the profit is put towards various community projects. Simply put, all our products are meant to be good for our community and yours, and the environment as a whole.
Kamphol

After years of working in Bangkok for many NGOs, Kamphol decided to return to his family farm in Uthaithani. Being the only man on the farm can be lonely, but he finds pleasure in trimming the trees, fixing water tanks, and being in charge of day-to-day operations.
Nok

Nok used to work in Bangkok in different environmental NGOs before becoming full time farm-wife. She likes to read, feed the flock of ducks, chickens and geese, and not to mention, teach English to local kids!
Khing

Khing was born and raised at the farm. . When she is home, her main job is to take care of the geese, pick up duck and chicken eggs, feed the dogs and help out with whatever that is needed at the farm.

what grows in our farm
It would be rather hard to do a hand count how many things grow at the farm. We rotate our crops from time to time to make the soil fertile and ready for the main crops. Meanwhile, there are trees and vegetables that we have always had long before though we didn't intentionally grow. But oh well, in case you are curious... we can show you some.

what we are up to at the farm
When not dreaming about organic self sufficiency farmsteady lifestyle, we run all sort of activities at our farm. It could be planting, harvesting, running English Camp for kids, making juices, ferment fruits and so many more. Here are some of things we do in hope to spread our love all around. Check out our tales for more of our story.
