We stand behind our products and hope that you will love our gifts of the land. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 60 days of purchase.

Been a bit longer? We’ve got you covered. You can return it for store credit up to one year after your original purchase. To report a damaged product, quality or shipping issue, please contact our customer service team for assistance toegether with your order number: [email protected].

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are refunded to the original payment method (original shipping costs are not refunded).

  • For U.S. orders, exchanges ship free and are offered on products of equal value only.

  • To be eligible for a refund, international orders will need to be returned at the customer’s expense within 60 days of purchase.

  • Returns and exchanges are processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt.

  • Happy Earth monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Happy Earth’s sole discretion.

    Damaged Items

    If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and include a photo(s) or a video of the damaged item together with your order number for assistance.

    Order Cancellation & Modifications

    We’ll process your orders promptly so it arrives as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or modify an order within one hour after an order is placed; cancellations and modifications are not possible after an order has been processed. For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.

    Promotions

    We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order. The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.

    Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
